About me
Having a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, I have over a decade of firsthand experience with how an active lifestyle can improve quality of life. Since beginning my education in exercise science in 2023, my professional goal has been to combine that passion with evidence-based training to help others become stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies.

My experience includes working with competitive athletes, aging populations, individuals returning from injury, and people who are just beginning their fitness journey. This diverse experience has given me a broad foundation in program design and coaching, while teaching me that effective training isn’t about forcing everyone into the same mold. It’s about meeting people where they are and helping them build the capacity to live the way they want to.
